V. T. Choksi Sarvajanik Law College inaugurated its Research Centre on July
1, 2023, with a

vision:
to foster comprehensive multidisciplinary research endeavors in the realm of law and societal development. The Research Centre is dedicated to promoting scholarly inquiry and advancing knowledge in various legal domains, with a special emphasis on issues pertaining to gender equality, consumer rights, intellectual property rights, cyber rights, human rights, and Vedic studies.

Mission:
The mission of the Research Centre encompasses the following key objectives:
➢ Undertaking research projects addressing pertinent legal issues, with a focus on the aforementioned thematic areas.
➢ Publication of scholarly books in collaboration with regional and national-level publishers, aimed at disseminating research findings and contributing to academic discourse.
➢ Encouraging the translation of legal study materials and reference works into vernacular languages to enhance accessibility and reach.
➢ Launching an E-journal focusing on the intersection of law and society, providing a platform for researchers to publish their work and engage in scholarly dialogue.
➢ Creating E-content related to legal studies and making it available on the institute's official website, thereby facilitating widespread access to educational resources.
Looking ahead, the Research Centre aims to further expand its research activities, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and strengthen its outreach efforts. It endeavors to continue publishing high-quality research outputs, both in traditional print formats and through digital platforms, thereby enriching scholarly discourse and promoting legal awareness and empowerment in society.
